Revelation shouts loudly that the exalted Jesus is present with us, knows out situation. Here we read about human history from God's perspective, where God is on the throne, and God's plan to build a new community will be realised in the new heavens and new earth. Sunday 1 February 2026 Know the Truth - part 4 The prophets in the Old Testament call the people of God to live as the people of God. This includes turning away from sin, embracing righteousness, and living in hope for the future.

Sunday 25 January 2026. Know the Truth - Part 3 The Bible teaches us that true wisdom comes from God, and is about how to live right before God. The wisdom books of the Bible challenge us about our thinking, and give correction for our behaviour. They call us to be wise: to trust God, praise God, follow God.

Sunday 18 January 2026. Know the Truth - Part 2 Exploring the Bible: The history books record for us how the people lived as God's Covenant People. It tells us about when they got it right, and when they got it wrong. What does it mean to live as God citizens of God's Kingdom? How does a holy God live with unholy sinners? We can learn from history about how others have lived as God's covenant people, about God's grace as well as His judgement of their rebellious beahviour.

Sunday 11 January 2026. What is the Bible all about? We grow in confidence in our faith as we get to know the truth of scripture. The more you read, the more you remember, the more it makes sense to you. Let God speak to you as you open the Bible and read.

Sunday 4 January 2026. As we enter a new year, we are reminded thatthe gospel is the way God has chosen to save us. THe power of God is released to us as we accept Jesus as our Saviour. When we are confident and unashamed of the gsopel, we will be better prepared to share this good news with others.

Sunday 28 December 2025. As we look back on the last year, how did we do? Did we grow as disciples this year? Did we grow as discipe makers this year?

Sunday 21 December 2025. The birth of Jesus is God reaching out to us. He comes to save us from sin, to restore the relationship that was broken, that He might be with us. We are invited to see for ourselves, to believe, and to worship Christ, the new-born King.

Sunday 14 December 2025. Sometimes our plans do not go the way we expect. This was Joseph's expereince, and we can learn that the unexpected gives us an opportunity to grow in trust: trust in God.

Sunday 7 December 2025. When Mary visits Elizabeth, there is a revelation, a moment when God uncovers, reveals the truth about who Jesus is. We come to know the truth as the Holy Spirit brings us revelation, He opens our eyes to see. Sunday 30 November 2025. Luke 1 - the angel appears to Mary, and calls her "favoured". What is this favour with God? Favour is found in the presence of God, in the purpose of God, and in the power of God.

1 John 5:11 The gospel message that John has been writing about is this: God has acted out of His great love, God offers us life with Him, and this life is found in Jesus Christ His Son.

16 November 2025. How does safeguarding relate to the BIble? Who is safeguarding for? Some thoughts on how we are doing as "church". At the end of this session is a short discussion about how we apply safeguarding principles here at Kingsway Chapel.

Sunday 9 November 2025. I John 4: Love One Another Becasue God is Love. Because we are God's children. Because we are filled with the Spirit of God.

Sunday 2 November 2025. What does it mean to be a disciple, a follower of Jesus? How do we grow as disciples of Jesus? This has been one of our themes for 2025. In Colossians 2 we are reminded that we start with Jesus, grow in Jesus, until we are established (standing strong) in Jesus.
