Reading from Matthew 5.
Jesus introduces His idea of a blessed life. We are blessed when we know our need of Him, when we seek the righteous standards that He lives by, and see our need of Him - a blessed life is marked by dependence on Jesus and the presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives.
