First Sunday of Advent. A season of preparation . . . Reading from Matthew 2 - the wise men. As we look back at the birth of Jesus the Saviour, so we also look forward to the coming of Jesus the King. The wise men teach us to be pay attention, prepare, and practise discernment as we look forward in hope to the coming of Jesus Christ our King.
